Full Scholarship for MS/PhD Candidates in Industrial & Systems Engineering @ KAIST
We are looking for 2~3 highly motivated graduate students to join our active and productive research lab (KAIST Human Factors and Ergonomics Lab: http://hfel.kaist.ac.kr/) in Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering (http://ie.kaist.ac.kr/) at KAIST (https://www.kaist.ac.kr/). This recruitment is for the 2022 academic year (2022 Spring, Fall).
Research Areas:
- Technology and healthy/safe aging (Focus: ICT/AI-based tools, assistive technologies, and solutions for elderly fall and injury prevention)
- Human factors issues in VR/AR, HCI
- Human biomechanics, behavior analysis and modeling (Focus: Sensing analytics and biomechanics)
- Digital human modeling and ergonomic product design (Focus: Fit and comfort for custom-fit products)
Stipend: Full Scholarship (Tuition fee & monthly allowance covering full study/living costs)

Candidates with backgrounds in (but not limited to) industrial engineering (human factors), computer science and engineering, biomedical engineering or industrial design, are desired.
